  1. When you receive the box, begin by emptying its contents (e.g., reagents, manometer kits, samples, etc.). Make sure to place all the refrigerant packs and their sheaths (cooling packs) back into the box.

  2. Scan the QR code located on the box. This will open a webpage where you will need to enter several details.

  3. On the webpage, enter the following information:

  4. Choose a specific date and time slot for the box pickup.

    1. Type of box

    2. Quantity and type of refrigerant packs

    3. Customer company contact details

    4. Pickup address for the box by Embaliso
