How send the last backup of my Ntensify Mini ?

This article explains which folders have to be shared to Quantoom's assistance team and how share them properly.

To perform the backup, a USB storage key is necessary.

1) The first step is to verify that all the ZA Application of the machine are close. 

If these software are not close, the data won't be saved properly.

2) The second is to copy the two folders containing all the data of the machine (Data & Dbt).

a) On the desktop of the computer, double click on the folder "WinLissy-dbt"

b) In WinLissy-dbt, copy the two folders named : data and dbt.

c) Create a folder Backup on your USB key and paste folders in it. 

 

3) The last step is to compress and share the two folder on the common SharePoint. 

a) Compress the Backup folder in the USB key.

b) Transfer the compressed folder to your computer and upload it on the common SharePoint.  

The data is now available for the Quantoom's team for analysis.
